Since May 26th 2008 the government has repealed The Fraudulent Mediums Act [FMA], and it has been replaced in part or in its entirety by the new Consumer Protection Regulations [CPR] Act.

Guidelines have been set forth for people such as myself who offer services within the Spiritual/psychic genre. I am therefore now required by law to set forth the following disclaimer. It is I believe a positive move for those of us working in the 'spiritual arena' as it protects both 'you' the 'consumer', and 'me' the 'spiritual worker'.

I would therefore ask you to read the following disclaimer, and ask that you agree to the terms and conditions set out therein. Should you decide to commission a spirit guide painting please state that you have read the disclaimer and agree to its terms and conditions when writing your letter to me.
